SHIPPING POLICY

At House of Prabha, we work to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.


Where We Ship We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at this time.


Processing Time Orders are processed within 2–5 business days of payment confirmation. Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

During high-demand periods, new launches, or festive seasons, processing may take slightly longer. We will communicate any significant delays via email or SMS.


Delivery Time Once dispatched, standard delivery takes:

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 5–8 business days
  • Remote locations: 7–12 business days

These are estimated timelines and may vary depending on your location, courier availability, and external factors beyond our control.


Shipping Charges Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. We occasionally offer free shipping during promotions — keep an eye on our website and social channels.


Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number and link will be shared with you via email or SMS. You can use this to monitor your shipment in real time.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your delivery address, pin code, and contact number are accurate at the time of checkout. House of Prabha is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

If you need to update your address, contact us at prabha151974@gmail.com immediately after placing your order. Address changes cannot be made once the order has been dispatched.


Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt fails due to unavailability or an inaccessible address, the courier will typically attempt redelivery. After repeated failed attempts, the package may be returned to us.

In such cases:

  • Re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
  • We will contact you to arrange redelivery once the package is received back at our end.

Lost or Delayed Shipments If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days after dispatch, please write to us at prabha151974@gmail.com. We will investigate with the courier and keep you updated.

In confirmed cases of lost shipments, we will offer a replacement or a full refund at our discretion.


Damaged in Transit If your package arrives visibly damaged, please do not accept the delivery, or record video of  the damage immediately upon opening. Contact us at prabha151974@gmail.com within 48 hours with your order number and photographs. We'll resolve it promptly.
