RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At House of Prabha, every piece is carefully crafted and quality-checked before it reaches you. We request you to review product descriptions, sizing guides, and images thoroughly before placing your order.

Returns We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference. All sales are considered final once dispatched.

Exchanges Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery for sizing issues only, subject to stock availability. To be eligible:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
  • All original tags must be intact.
  • The item must show no signs of wear, perfume, stains, or damage.

To initiate an exchange, email us at prabha151974@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  1. Your order number
  2. The item you'd like to exchange
  3. The size or variant you need

Shipping costs for sending the item back and re-delivery are borne by the customer.

Refunds Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

  • The item received is damaged or has a manufacturing defect.
  • The wrong item was delivered.
  • The order was lost in transit and cannot be recovered.

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Change of mind or incorrect size ordered.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
  • Delays caused by the courier after dispatch.

How to Claim a Refund If you believe you are eligible for a refund, contact us at prabha151974@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  1. Your order number
  2. A clear description of the issue
  3. Video of Unboxing/ Unwraping the item and packaging

Once we review and approve your claim, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. We'll notify you via email once initiated.

Sale & Promotional Items Items purchased during sales, promotional events, or at a discounted price are not eligible for exchange or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Cancellations Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once an order is shipped, cancellations will not be accepted. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at prabha151974@gmail.com with your order number.
